Job Summary
Conduct specialized diagnostic imaging procedures including mammography, angiography (IR), and computerized tomography (CT) using radiation equipment to diagnose and track disease and pathology. Perform these duties independently while maintaining registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Professionals of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists. Complete required training certificates for specific disciplines as needed. Work full-time temporary shifts across days, evenings, and weekends within the 56-shift rotation at Yorkton Regional Health Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Radiologic Technology Advanced diploma
- Twenty-four (24) months previous experience as a Medical Radiation Technologist
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Registered with College of Medical Radiation & Imaging Professionals of SK
- Certified by Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
- Mammography training/certificate, as required
- Computerized Tomography training/certificate, as required
- Angiography training/certificate, as required
