Job Summary
Medical Radiation Technologist (Nuclear Medicine/BMD) at C-health, Calgary or Edmonton. Maintain all company standards, perform nuclear medicine examinations, oversee QA/QC tests, prepare reports, operate and maintain equipment, participate in training to upgrade technical skills, and work across day/evening shifts including weekends. Requires registration with the Association of Medical Radiation Technologists, a 1–2 year non-university certificate/diploma, CPR and First Aid certification, strong English communication, accuracy, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Certificate of Registration with the Association of Medical Radiation Technologists of the relevant province.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Knowledge and proficiency in general nuclear medicine procedures
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid certificate
- Ability to work varying shifts and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
