Job Summary
Medical Provider (ARNP/PA-C) to evaluate patients with opioid use disorder, prescribe and adjust MAT medications, coordinate care, conduct intake assessments, order labs, perform HIV/Hepatitis C testing, and facilitate referrals. Role involves telehealth options, documentation in EHR, collaboration with clinic and REACH teams, and maintaining patient care continuity in a Seattle-based clinic setting. Must hold WA ARNP or PA-C license and prescriptive authority; DATA-waiver and experience in addiction treatment are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License (ARNP) in the State of Washington; or Active Physician Assistant Certified License (PA-C) in the State of Washington
- Prescriptive authority for Schedule II and below in Washington state
- Experience in drug abuse treatment is desired (preferred)
- Possession of a DATA-waiver for prescription of buprenorphine is desired but not required
- Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
