Job Summary
Medical Provider role under the direction of the CMO delivering primary care in an outpatient family health center, supervising mid-level providers and clinical staff, performing examinations, diagnoses and treatment plans, and participating in quality improvement. Responsibilities include medical recordkeeping, coding (ICD-10), staff training, case supervision of mid-level providers, minor surgery and wound care as needed, pelvic exams and family planning management, and ensuring care aligns with PCMH principles. Must hold MD or DO with California licensure, possess Federal CS Registration, and be board-certified in primary care; bilingual Spanish/English preferred; flexibility for shifts including evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited School of Medicine
- Current valid California medical license
- Federal Controlled Substances Registration Certificate
- Board Certified in a Primary Care discipline
- BLS certification
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
