Job Summary
As a Medical Professional - Registered Nurse at Octapharma Plasma, you will evaluate donor eligibility for plasmapheresis procedures and immunizations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining accurate donor management records. You will provide medical care during donor procedures, manage donor reactions, and facilitate training as a Designated Trainer. A recognized healthcare-related education is required, along with a current nursing license and CPR certification. Strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established SOPs are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program (RN or LPN)
- At least one year experience in a relevant field
- Basic computer knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Current and valid nursing license
- CPR certification
- Experience in hospital or plasma center preferred
- Effective communication and people management skills
