Job Summary
As a Medical Professional at Octapharma Plasma, you will evaluate donor eligibility for plasmapheresis and immunizations, conduct medical history reviews, and maintain compliance with regulations. You will monitor donor reactions and provide appropriate medical care as needed. Responsibilities include training and mentoring new staff, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a graduate healthcare qualification, state licensure, and CPR certification, with one year of relevant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a healthcare-related educational program (e.g., EMT, LPN, RN)
- Current state-issued license in relevant field
- Current CPR certification
- One year of experience preferred
- Ability to manage emergency situations
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs and protocols
