Job Summary
As a Medical Professional-EMT at Octapharma Plasma, you will evaluate donor eligibility, determine compliance with SOPs and federal regulations, conduct informed consent reviews, and perform medical history assessments. This role requires maintaining donor center compliance, managing donor interactions, and providing medical care as needed. Candidates should possess a healthcare-related certification, specific EMT licensing, and ideally one year of relevant experience. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle emergency situations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program, such as Physician, Nurse (LPN or RN).
- Certified/licensed as an emergency medical technician (EMT Basic, EMT 2-intermediate, or 3-advanced/paramedic).
- Must maintain current and valid license and pass medical credential evaluation.
- Must maintain current CPR certification.
- One (1) year experience in hospital, field care, or a plasma center preferred.
