Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program
- Licensed as an LPN or RN in the relevant state
- One (1) year of experience in a hospital or plasma center preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Must meet specific state licensing requirements as per location
- Effective physical and clinical assessment skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to follow SOPs and protocols
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical laboratory improvement act (CLIA) compliance knowledge
- Experience with donor management systems

- Excellent interpersonal communication
