Medical Professional - Holistic/Spinal Rehabilitation Mentorship

Residency/mentorship for a Medical Doctor (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to train under Dr. Mac in a holistic, spinal rehabilitation approach. Part-time position (8–12 hours/week) with compensation of $1,600/month and a growth path toward assuming the mentor’s role as he retires. You will be personally trained in Dr. Mac’s proprietary instrument adjusting system and the holistic, drug-free modality, gaining exposure to the clinical and philosophical mindset of a holistic doctor of chiropractic. No prior chiropractic or spinal-adjusting experience is required; the emphasis is on coachability and willingness to learn a new discipline. Responsibilities center on learning and applying natural, conservative patient care within a mentorship framework, with direct mentorship and a clear path toward leadership in the practice.
