Job Summary
As a Medical Professional - EMT at Octapharma Plasma, you will be responsible for evaluating donor eligibility, conducting medical history reviews, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will perform health assessments, manage donor reactions, and maintain records while providing medical care. Candidates must be licensed EMTs with relevant certifications and have at least one year of related experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program such as Physician, Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse)
- Certified/licensed as an emergency medical technician (EMT Basic, EMT 2-intermediate, or 3- advanced/paramedic)
- Must maintain current and valid license and pass medical credential evaluation
- Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
- One (1) year of experience in the hospital, field care, or experience in a plasma center preferred
