Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program
- Certified/licensed as an EMT Basic, EMT Intermediate, or Paramedic
- One (1)-year experience in hospital, field care, or plasma center preferred
- Current license issued by the state where the donor center is located
- Excellent patient/donor assessment skills
- Ability to manage emergency situations with standard medical care practices
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
Desired Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
