Job Summary
Triage and assess patient conditions via phone or in-person consultations to determine care urgency. Provide medical advice, obtain patient histories, and perform direct care including ear irrigation, vaccinations, wound care, and suture removal. Communicate with the care team, process specimens, and instruct patients on preventive care and medication management. Contact patients for follow-up, relay test results, and ensure compliance with organizational values. Requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and three years of job-related experience.
