Job Summary
Provides clerical and administrative support for a medical practice. Greets and welcomes patients, verifies demographics and insurance, answers phones, routes calls, schedules and coordinates patient appointments, testing, and referrals, processes co-pays and reconciles money, retrieves records, and handles intake/document processing. Maintains compliance responsibilities, demonstrates dependable attendance, and travels between practices as needed. Strong Microsoft Office and data-entry skills with excellent written and verbal communication are required.
