Job Summary
Lead urgent care/occupational medicine center’s clinical and administrative teams to deliver patient care excellence and operational effectiveness; manage budgets, scheduling, staffing, and performance development; ensure regulatory compliance; partner with clinical operations director to align clinical standards and workflows; oversee medical supplies and equipment; collaborate with marketing/public relations on center-level strategies; drive staff engagement and uphold Wellstreet core values; perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years Medical Practice Management experience
- Working knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT
