Job Summary
Prepare materials, supplies, and the patient to assist the clinician with medical exams. Obtain patient history and medical information, then provide direct patient care as directed by a Registered Nurse or clinician. Collect and process specimens, perform point-of-care testing, and administer medications and vaccinations. Instruct patients and families on preventive care, prescribed medications, and test preparation; monitor treatment progress and note symptom changes. Contact patients for follow-up, advise them of test results, or relay clinician instructions. Fulfill all compliance responsibilities and maintain organizational values. Requires an active LPN license, BLS certification within 30 days, and ability to travel between practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited LPN Program
- Active LPN License based on state
- BLS certification
- Ability to travel between practices as needed
- Demonstrates regular, dependable, and predictable attendance

- Previous medical office experience
