Job Summary

Coordinate patient access to care across Nemours sites by managing scheduling, referrals, and wait lists; oversee daily provider schedules and EPIC templates, including building and maintaining templates; provide comprehensive administrative support to divisional leadership and clinicians; support credentialing processes, CME tracking, CV maintenance, and reappointment applications; develop monthly and on-call schedules, manage timekeeping and PTO in Kronos, and serve as a professional point of contact for patients and partners; ensure smooth clinic flow and collaboration with the Division Chief and other leaders to improve access metrics and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations, scheduling, or provider support preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, clinical environment
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and electronic health records (EPIC experience preferred)
