Job Summary
Perkins&Will is seeking a Medical Planner with a minimum of 8 years of medical planning experience to collaborate within a highly dynamic Healthcare team. The role includes responsibilities such as master planning, design expertise, and participation in project management while ensuring adherence to design quality and schedules. Candidates must possess a professional degree in Architecture, an architectural or interior design license, and relevant healthcare experience. Proficiency in various architectural software and BIM is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in medical planning
- Professional degree in Architecture or related discipline
- Professional architectural or interior design license required
- Healthcare experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong project architect skills
- Experience in highly technical projects
- Strong interest in healthcare
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design such as LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
- Additional depth in Interior Design or Project Architect skillset
