Job Summary

Program and plan healthcare facilities by collaborating with senior planners and team members to develop and analyze client building programs. Conduct research and analyses of space utilization to determine requirements for expansion and create solutions for evolving needs. Communicate clearly with project teams across all phases while implementing design concepts through completion. Maintain current knowledge of healthcare planning methodologies, sustainability, LEAN, and evidence-based design principles. This role supports a multidisciplinary collective of architects, engineers, and designers creating holistic designs for healthcare, corporate, and higher education clients globally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 5-10+ years of mid- to large healthcare project experience and medical planning
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other industry accepted software
  • Expertise with project management software
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite products

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree
