Medical (Physiotherapist)

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health-related conditions. Performs initial and ongoing assessments, establishes and revises care plans, and delivers therapy interventions using standard techniques. Provides education to patients, families, and staff; participates in discharge planning with home instructions and equipment recommendations; and oversees physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel. Maintains regulatory-compliant documentation detailing patient responses and intervention needs. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree. Performs duties in a constant state of alertness with frequent standing, lifting, and walking.
