Job Summary
Provide medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Maintain timely and appropriate program participant/administrative and department documentation. Serve on rehabilitation treatment teams, communicate with physicians, staff, and families, and participate in orientation programs for new staff and students. Write service summaries and maintain daily billing summaries. Supervise PTAs and Interns as required. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule and includes travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure in physical therapy
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions either unaided or with assistance of a reasonable accommodations
- Travel as needed
