Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist provides professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and handles evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re-assessment, and discharge planning. Requires a PT degree from an accredited program, BLS, and a valid Texas license (or temporary license) with at least 1 year of licensed PT experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
