Job Summary
Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients in a highly technical, fast-paced hospital setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include rendering professional and technical physical therapy, evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re‐assessment, and discharge planning in accordance with the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules. Requires completion of an accredited PT program and licensure in Texas with at least 1 year of licensed PT experience. Weekday coverage with at least one weekend per month and some holidays. Methodist Richardson Medical Center system serves Richardson, Garland, Plano and surrounding areas; Magnet-designated acute-care hospital with specialized units.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
