Job Summary
Render professional physical therapy to assigned patients through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide direct and indirect patient care using the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process. Maintain a valid Texas license or temporary license with one year of licensed PT experience. Work weekdays as needed with a minimum of one weekend per month, including some holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
- Weekdays as needed
