Job Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals, implement treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy, operate and maintain PT equipment, document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to optimize treatment results. Maintain safety and infection control, participate in quality assurance and professional development, and assist in discharge planning to support transitions to community or home-based settings. English communication skills required. Travel for a 13-week assignment in Pleasant Prairie, WI. License and Doctorate requirements are noted; new grads welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy
- Physical Therapy experience, New Grads are welcome to apply
