Job Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develops personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals, implements treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy, and operates therapeutic equipment with proper safety. Documents evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize outcomes. Maintains infection-control standards, supports discharge planning, and engages in quality assurance and professional development to stay current with best practices. This is a 13-week travel assignment in Cheyenne, WY, requiring a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a valid Wyoming license. English fluency and physical abilities to perform the role are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy
- Physical Therapy experience (new grads welcome)
