Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Westfield, MA. Requires Doctorate in Physical Therapy and MA license. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain; developing personalized rehabilitation programs; implementing therapy techniques; operating PT equipment safely; documenting evaluations, interventions, and outcomes; collaborating with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals; ensuring infection control and regulatory compliance; engaging in quality assurance and professional development; and participating in discharge planning to support transitions to community or home-based settings.
