Job Summary
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and implement evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. Operate specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities safely while assessing progress, adjusting interventions, and documenting outcomes in medical records. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimize discharge planning for smooth transitions. Maintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy
- Physical Therapy experience
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to bend
- Must have the ability to grasp
- Must have the ability to perform fine manipulation
- Must have the ability to push/pull
- Must have the ability to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
