Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) needed for a 13-week assignment in Tulsa, OK. The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain, develops personalized rehabilitation programs, implements treatment plans and uses equipment safely, documents evaluations and outcomes, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and maintains a safe, infection-controlled environment while pursuing ongoing professional development and coordinated discharge planning for community or home-based settings.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with Oklahoma state regulations
