Coordinate and deliver physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings while evaluating patients through records, interviews, and observation. Provide direct therapy using various functional settings, communicate status and needs to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and oversee physical therapy assistants and students to ensure safe patient care.
