Job Summary
Conduct therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques while completing evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention. Maintain patient safety by adhering to Adventist Health's vaccination requirements and obtaining all necessary facility-specific certifications. Provide care within a 49-bed hospital and various medical offices serving the Columbia River Gorge community.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Physical Therapy experience
- Two years' Physical Therapy experience
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Facility Specific License/Certifications
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
