Job Summary
Provide physics services for the Hall Radiation Center in accordance with the highest standards of practice and regulatory guidance; ensure QA and calibration/commissioning of radiation therapy equipment (including 3D, IMRT, SRT/SBRT, IGRT, HDR) and participate in dosimetry review, special physics procedures, and patient-specific QA; contribute to program development, quality improvement, and LEAN initiatives; collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and other physicists; pursue certification by the American Board of Radiology in therapeutic radiological physics or by the American Board of Medical Physics in radiation oncology physics; strong communication and educational mentorship aptitudes are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science or Master of Arts in medical physics or physics required
