Job Summary
The Medical Payment Poster is responsible for efficiently posting payments, adjustments, and denials into AdvancedMD for multiple healthcare clients. Candidates should have experience in medical billing, knowledge of EOBs and ERAs, and a strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in medical billing, payment posting, or revenue cycle operations (preferably in a multi-specialty or RCM environment)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, and healthcare payment processing
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and insurance payer processes
- Proficient in medical billing systems (e.g., AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, etc.) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
