Job Summary
Package dental products, components, and devices according to approved work instructions and specifications. Inspect items for defects, damage, proper labeling, and packaging integrity while operating production machinery safely. Assemble materials including pouches, trays, cartons, labels, and inserts, then verify counts, lot numbers, and expiration dates. Complete documentation, quality control forms, and inventory tracking while maintaining workstation cleanliness. Report any quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors and adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements. This role includes a 1st shift Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with an 8.5-hour schedule including a 30-minute break.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling small components and packaging materials
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 pounds
- Visual acuity to inspect products and labels accurately
- Abrasive Technology is a substance and drug free workplace. All offers of employment are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen
