Job Summary
Medical Ops Lead & RIP for AbbVie Belgium, supervising a two-person team and reporting to the Medical Director. Coordinate and deliver local medical operations activities, ensure material review and legal certification of promotional/non-promotional materials, develop and implement RIP SOPs, oversee advertising project approvals, train sales representatives visiting healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with samples regulations, lead Med Info activities, and support Medical Affairs planning, budgeting, and infield excellence initiatives. Requires a strong scientific background, RIP certification, cross-functional collaboration, ability to meet tight timelines, training and leadership skills, and fluent French, Dutch, and English.
Required Qualifications
- Certification by the federal agency for medicines and health products as responsible for pharmaceutical information relating to medicinal products for human use (RIP)
- Strong scientific background
- Previous RIP experience preferred
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Ability to meet tight timelines

- Strong verbal and written communication in French, Dutch and English
