Job Summary
Medical Operations professional to onboard clinicians in Norway and Sweden (Stockholm HQ), train users, gather feedback, and refine workflows; build templates/prompts for Tandem’s AI assistant; run live product demos for prospective clients; log and manage clinical safety incidents; collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption; represent Tandem at conferences and events; travel as needed to engage with clinicians and stakeholders; role based in Norway or Stockholm with occasional travel to Sweden as part of implementation and customer-facing rollout.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience onboarding clinicians and supporting adoption
- Willingness to travel and engage with clinicians
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Experience with AI/LLMs and prompts (bonus)
- Exposure to healthtech/SaaS implementations
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and commercial teams
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical experience in healthcare settings
- Experience in consulting/corporate/startup environments
- Familiarity with prompting and large language models (LLMs) preferred
- Exposure to EU regulatory standards in digital health (clinical safety, compliance)
- Experience running implementation projects or customer-facing rollouts
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Willingness to travel as needed
