Job Summary
Oversee medical projects, including external engagements, advisory board meetings, and congress management. Manage medical sponsorships to ensure smooth execution according to plan, timeline, and budget. Coordinate external agencies and vendors to maintain compliance and governance while minimizing operational burdens on the local medical team. Guide colleagues in resolving operational problems and drive sustainable operational efficiencies. Serve as the medical point of contact for digital projects and support the Material Owner with cycling materials. This hybrid role in Warsaw requires a work permit and residency in Poland. You will collaborate with Local Medical Teams, TAs Medical Leads, and functions like Compliance and Legal to implement the national medical plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
- 1-3 years of experience focused on functional operations, process optimization/execution, and systems implementation
- Experience in managing and leading initiatives, driving quality and governance efforts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate fluently at all levels within the organization
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrixed organization
- Ability to complete multiple tasks by setting priorities and exercising good judgment
- Capability to navigate in a changing environment
- Holder of work permit & residency in Poland
