Medical Only Claims Team Supervisor

Review, assign, and supervise all claim activity for designated workers' compensation and medical only accounts to ensure compliance with corporate standards and client instructions. Investigate, evaluate, and adjust assigned claims while establishing and overseeing reserves, medical estimates, and invoices. Negotiate disputed bills for resolution and authorize payments within established authority levels. Train and lead a team of Medical Only Claim Adjusters, conduct performance appraisals, and manage monthly check audits. Sort daily mail and process incoming checks for immediate action. This role serves as an advanced training position with opportunities for promotion to higher management levels. The team supports 24 employees within a dedicated office space, focusing on complex risk management challenges for global clients.
