Job Summary
Receives Workers' Compensation claims, confirms policy coverage, and determines claim validity and compensability. Establishes reserves, authorizes payments within established limits, and communicates status with customers, claimants, and clients. Adheres to guidelines, participates in claims reviews, and assists with complex claims as needed. Requires Bachelor's degree, one year industry experience, Workers' Compensation licensure, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Pay range $16.74 - $26.92 per hour. Available for remote, hybrid, or onsite work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of 1 year industry experience and claim handling
- Workers' Compensation experience required
- Licensed as required jurisdictionally
