Job Summary
Manage outpatient clinic duties and hospital consults for Hematology/Oncology patients, with approximately 70% Oncology and 30% Hematology cases. Provide on-call coverage for new hospital consults and inpatient rounding, while Nurse Practitioners handle established inpatients. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with nine-hour shifts and overtime paid after nine hours. Includes 30 minutes of administrative time and a one-hour lunch. Active Indiana medical license and DEA registration are preferred. AMN Healthcare arranges malpractice insurance and handles travel, lodging, and transportation for locum tenens providers.
