Medical/Oncology - Clinical Nurse (Nights) (Saint Louis)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for medical, oncological, and palliative patients in a 32-bed private unit. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including patient preferences and cultural values.
