Job Summary
Breast Medical Oncologist sought to provide outpatient clinical care with inpatient consults at Intermountain Medical Center and Salt Lake Valley clinic sites. The role emphasizes breast cancer management, potential involvement in breast cancer research and clinical trials, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including Oncology nurse navigators, palliative care teams, and hospitalists. Requires MD/DO, U.S. residency, board eligibility/certification in Hematology/Medical Oncology, Utah license/DEA, credentialing, and potential visa sponsorship review. Includes incentives such as sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency stipend, and relocation allowance. Located in Salt Lake City metro area (Murray, UT) with full prescriptive authority and ongoing CME and benefits support.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- U.S. ACGME Residency Training Program
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
