Job Summary
Breast Medical Oncologist providing outpatient/inpatient oncology care with a focus on breast cancer, opportunities for clinical trials, and a collaborative, team-based approach with oncology nurse navigators and palliative care support. Role includes outpatient practice with inpatient consults at Intermountain Medical Center and Salt Lake Valley clinics, with incentives including a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency stipend, and relocation allowance. Requires MD/DO, U.S. residency, board eligibility in Hematology/Medical Oncology, Utah licensure, DEA, and successful credentialing; visa sponsorship considered on a case-by-case basis.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- U.S. ACGME Residency Training Program
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
