Job Summary
Breast Medical Oncologist to join Intermountain Health in an outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consult responsibilities, involvement in breast cancer research/clinical trials, and a team-based care model including oncology nurse navigators and palliative care support. Practice location includes Intermountain Medical Center and Salt Lake Valley clinic sites in Utah. Role requires MD or DO, U.S. ACGME residency, and board certification/eligibility in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology, active Utah license, DEA, and successful credentialing; visa sponsorship considered on a case-by-case basis. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, residency stipend, and relocation allowance. 40-hour workweek; benefits package and CME support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- U.S. ACGME Residency Training Program
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
