Job Summary
Medical Oncologist opportunity joined as the second physician in a busy medical oncology practice on the UPMC Northwest hospital campus in Seneca, PA. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, participating in clinical trials across the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network, providing outpatient and inpatient consults, chemotherapy, and supportive therapies, with clinic and hospital duties from 8 am–5 pm and on-call coverage shared among physicians. The candidate should have or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified/board eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology. Visa sponsorship (J-1 and H-1B) is available, with a salary base of $500K plus wRVU bonus, signing bonus, partnership track, generous benefits, and occurrence-based malpractice insurance.
Required Qualifications
- PA medical license or ability to obtain license
- board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- J-1 visa waiver or H-1B sponsorship eligibility
- ability to obtain Pennsylvania medical license
- strong clinical skills and experience in medical oncology and/or hematology
