Job Summary
Medical Oncologist/Hematologist needed to join a busy UPMC Northwest practice in Seneca, PA. The role involves delivering high-quality medical oncology/hematology care in outpatient and inpatient settings, participating in numerous clinical trials, and collaborating with an integrated team of oncologists, APPs, nurses, and support staff. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with shared on-call coverage. Candidates should have or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified/eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology; J-1/H-1B sponsorship is available. The position offers a $500K base salary with wRVU bonus, partnership track with no buy-in, a $25K signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, generous PTO and CME allowance, and occurrence-based insurance. Required Qualifications
- Pennsylvania medical license
- board certified/board eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- Willingness/ability to obtain PA medical license if not already held
- J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available (for eligible candidates)
