Job Summary
Medical Oncologist/Hematologist needed to join a busy practice at UPMC Northwest in Seneca, PA. The role involves inpatient and outpatient medical oncology and hematology care, chemotherapy administration, and participation in clinical trials across the UPMC Hillman Cancer Center network. Candidates should have or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license and be board certified/eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology. The position offers a $500K base with wRVU bonus, signing bonus, partnership track, comprehensive benefits, and visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B). Work with a multidisciplinary team in a physician-led network; typical duties include clinic and hospital consultations, collaborative care with APCs, nurses, lab, and pharmacy, with a Monday–Friday schedule and shared on-call. Occurrence-based malpractice insurance, PTO, CME allowance, and paid benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified/board eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to obtain PA medical license
- Visa sponsorship available: J-1 and H-1B
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; on-call coverage shared among physicians
- Experience in oncology/hematology clinical trials preferred
- Partnership track available
- Strong clinical and teamwork skills
