Job Summary
Geisinger is seeking BC/BE Hematology & Medical Oncology physicians to join Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA, as part of a brand-new cancer center opening mid-2025. The role offers a physician-led environment with opportunities to collaborate across surgical oncology, palliative medicine, radiation oncology, pathology, diagnostic radiology, onsite chemotherapy, and behavioral medicine, and to participate in cancer care delivery, education, and research. The provider team will train fellows/residents and engage in clinical trials, informed by an academic environment that includes Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and a strong emphasis on education and innovation. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE Hematology & Medical Oncology
- Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology/Medical Oncology
