Job Summary
Provide outpatient oncology clinic coverage on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, managing 15-18 adult patients daily. Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC EMR system for all encounters and treatment planning. Assume night call responsibilities by phone from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM. An active Indiana medical license is required. This locums assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through December 31, 2026, within a health system's established outpatient oncology services.
