Job Summary
Provide outpatient clinic coverage on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, managing 15-18 patients daily. Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning. Accept night call responsibilities by phone from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM for this locums assignment spanning August 3, 2026, through December 31, 2026. An active Indiana medical license is required. The facility supports coordinated cancer care delivery with an experienced support team including an RN, MA, and APP.
