Job Summary
Medical Oncologist to lead Phase I program at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, focusing on Phase I/first-in-human trials and PI leadership. Role includes designing, activating, and conducting Phase I studies; contributing to strategic growth of the Phase I clinical trials program; collaborating with translational scientists and multidisciplinary teams; mentoring trainees and junior staff; providing high-quality clinical care in thoracic or breast malignancies as needed; and engaging with industry sponsors and cooperative groups to advance early-phase research.
Required Qualifications
- MD or MD/PhD with board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology
- Subspecialty focus in thoracic or breast malignancies preferred
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Principal Investigator on Phase I or early-phase clinical trials
- Record of academic productivity, including peer-reviewed publications and clinical trial leadership
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
